For homeowners who want to purchase and apply their own treatments but don't know where to start.
TIER 2 - DIY PARTNER
We deliver fertilizer, weed prevention, and disease prevention products directly to your door. You apply them using a rotary spreader. This is DIY lawn care made easy!
TIER 3 - MANAGED
An a la carte professional lawn care service where you choose from a list of professional-grade lawn treatments which are then hand-applied by our team throughout the season.
TIER 4 - THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
A complete professional lawn care service where we leave nothing on the table. We'll determine what, when, and where we apply our specialty treatments to make your lawn the envy of the neighborhood!
After you choose a TIER we'll schedule your first home visit.
This initial on-site visit will help determine your plan for the season and include:
A comprehensive visual inspection of your lawn, soil sample collection for testing, measurements of your lawn, a discussion about any past issues you've experienced, and setting goals for the season.
TIER 1 clients will also receive comprehensive information and education about mowing, treatment application, watering, and more to help them avoid costly mistakes and start their DIY lawn care on the right foot.
TIER 2 clients will receive a full lawn care program based on their soil test results, a season's supply of lawn treatments tailored to their lawns' specific needs delivered to their homes, and tools designed to make self-application effortless and fun.
TIER 3 & 4 clients will enjoy all of the above, and we will handcraft and apply custom lawn applications based on their grass's growth schedule, air and soil temperatures, weather patterns, and more!
What can you expect from LawnLogIQ as your professional lawn care partner throughout the season?
TIER 2 clients will be notified through our LawnAlert messaging system when it’s time for them to apply their next treatment. This notification will be based on their customized program, anticipated weather conditions, soil and air temperatures, and disease pressure.
TIER 3 & 4 clients will receive a LawnAlert message notifying them of our next scheduled treatment application. Expect 10-17 visits to your home throughout the season as we handcraft your lawn to the beautiful, low-maintenance, and environmentally friendly lawn you've always dreamed of.
By using the appropriate professional-grade products in the right amounts and applying them at the correct times, and when we let science determine our actions, we can ensure we're giving your grass what it needs to thrive!
Our Mission
We aim to dramatically improve lawn health and appearance by providing customers with a science-based, practical, environmentally friendly, and affordable lawn care service in the suburbs of Chicago, including Addison, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Elgin, St. Charles, and beyond.
Lawn care today can be summarized as follows:
- Social media influencers lead us to believe that maintaining a beautiful lawn requires various soil conditioners, liquid aeration, root growth stimulators, and a dozen "minerals" applied throughout the year.
- Big-box stores sell national-brand, multi-use products that contain only small amounts of active ingredients. Looking closely at the labels, you'll see that 75% to 85% of the contents are "inert matter."
- "Organic"-based products often contain hazardous levels of PFAs (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) and may require over 400% more product to achieve similar results—or they don’t work—compared to traditional, safe fertilizers.
- "Lawn care" companies charge customers between $500 and $1,000 or more for 5-, 6-, or 7-step "programs" scheduled based on their employees' routes.
