**Following our initial onsite consultation, a $99 deposit will be required before collecting soil samples. After your soil test results return and a treatment plan has been agreed upon, an invoice will be created, and the $99 deposit will be credited toward your total.** With TIER 2 - DIY PARTNER, you'll have the tools, products, and knowledge needed to grow the best lawn in the neighborhood! What TIER 2 - DIY PARTNER includes: 1. **Onsite Comprehensive Lawn Review**: We will inspect your lawn, discuss its current condition, identify any known trouble spots, and outline your goals. 2. **Soil Testing**: We collect soil samples, which are then sent to our certified agricultural laboratory for detailed analysis. 3. **Lawn Measurements**: We measure your lawn to determine the precise amount of treatments needed for the season. 4. **Customized Recommendations**: We discuss the required treatments based on your soil results and optional treatments tailored to your goals. 5. **Seasonal Program**: You receive a tailored step-by-step lawn care plan to follow throughout the season. 6. **Home Delivery**: We deliver a season’s worth of pre-measured, professional-grade treatments directly to your home. 7. **LawnAlerts**: Get notifications on when to apply your treatments based on weather conditions, air and soil temperatures, disease pressure, and more. Your Responsibilities: 1. When you receive a LawnAlert, measure the correct amount of treatment or grab the designated premeasured treatment bag based on your program. 2. Apply the fertilizer or treatment evenly across your lawn using your rotary spreader. 3. Water it in, if directed.
