The manufacturer asserts that this product promotes deeper and more vigorous root growth, enhances greening, improves soil and seed germination, increases nutrient uptake, and reduces water requirements. We've used the product successfully on dozens of lawns and believe the product provides value in enriching soil health. This product is applied once a year.
